Singer Sinead O'Connor and her journalist boyfriend have confirmed that they are engaged to be married.
Reporter Nick Sommerlad, 27,said he proposed two weeks ago, and they are both "delighted".
No dates have been confirmed but it is likely to be next summer.
Sommerlad, who is a distant relative of Sweden's Queen Silvia, said he met O'Connor, 34, only months ago while he was working for the Press Association in Dublin, but quickly fell in love.
