Suzuki Ladies National Football League Division 1 semi-finals
Cork v Armagh, Crettyard, Sunday, 3.00pm
An under strength Cork side could be stretched to the limit by their old rivals Armagh in this reply of the 2006 All Ireland final. Armagh have improved this year but you can never write off the Rebelettes.
Kerry v Galway, Cooraclare, Sunday, 3.30pm
Kerry will be looking for revenge after Galway put them out of the competition in last year’s semi-final and are certainly on form without a loss this year. However Galway are a sleeping giant who have never won the Division 1 title.
Suzuki Ladies National Football League Division 2 semi-finals
Waterford v Donegal, Páirc Uí Chiarán, Sunday, 2.00pm
The Deise are unbeaten in the league so far and look the favourites to advance and guarantee promotion to Division 1. Donegal lost their Division 1 status last year but it looks like they will have to make do with Division 2 football again next year.
Down v Clare, Páirc Uí Chiarán, 3.30pm
Clare did not top Division 2A but they did clock up the most points in their group and they face free-scoring Down who topped Division 2B. This semi-final will be a high-scoring affair.
Suzuki Ladies National Football League Division 3 semi-finals
Limerick v Roscommon, Cooraclare, 2.00pm
Roscommon are in cruise control this season and are enjoying an unbeaten run. Limerick had one narrow loss at the beginning of the season but have improved with every game.
Derry v Cavan, Celtic Park, 2.30pm
Derry topped Division 3B and although Cavan finished second in their group they had very convincing wins over both Louth and Offaly which puts them in poll position to advance despite the Oak Leaf’s home advantage.
